Description
The UT150-2 is a 2.5 Mbit/s copper-WorldFIP processing unit for CE2000 R7 controllers. It couples the CE2000 to the F8000 network, manages up to sixteen I/O or communication modules and executes the associated local control functions.
Based on a 33 MHz 68040 processor, the module includes 4 MB of Flash memory, 1 MB of capacitor-backed RAM, 4 MB of DRAM, 512 KB of boot memory and 2 MB of configuration memory. Its FULLFIP2 controller provides the higher 2.5 Mbit/s data rate, which is intended for R7-only network projects.
