Description
The IC693CPU364 is a single-slot, 25 MHz 80386EX-based CPU for the ALSPA C80-35 with an integrated Ethernet interface. It provides 240 KB of user memory using RAM and Flash storage and achieves a typical scan rate of 0.22 ms per 1,000 Boolean contacts.
Ethernet connection is available through either the direct 10BASE-T port or the AAUI port with an external transceiver; the two Ethernet ports cannot be used simultaneously. Network communications use SRTP over TCP/IP. The front RS-232 service interface supports configuration, monitoring and firmware loading, while SNP and SNP-X controller communications use the RS-485 connector on the PLC power supply. The CPU supports up to eight baseplates in total.
