Description
The IC693ALG392 is an eight-channel, single-ended analogue-output module for the ALSPA C80-35 or Rx3i. Each channel is independently software-configurable for 0 to +10 V, -10 to +10 V, 0 to 20 mA or 4 to 20 mA operation, with no configuration jumpers or switches. Resolution is 15 bits for the unipolar voltage and current ranges and 16 bits for the bipolar voltage range.
The module reports module health and user-power status to the PLC, together with overload or open-wire faults when operating in current mode. If external user power remains available during a controller interruption, each output can be configured either to hold its last value or reset to zero. The module requires an external 20 to 30 VDC supply and provides 1500 V isolation between the field and logic sides.
