Description
The IC693CPU360 is a single-slot ALSPA C80-35 CPU based on a 25 MHz 80386EX processor. It provides 240 KB of configurable user memory using RAM and Flash storage, supports 2,048 discrete inputs and 2,048 discrete outputs, and achieves a typical scan rate of 0.22 ms per 1,000 Boolean contacts. Firmware-based floating-point operations and periodic subroutines are supported.
The CPU has no front-panel serial port. SNP and SNP-X communications use the RS-485 connector on the PLC power supply; CCM or RTU communications require an optional CMM module. A system can contain up to eight baseplates in total, comprising the CPU baseplate and up to seven expansion or remote baseplates.
