Description
The IC693ALG222 is a 12-bit analogue voltage input module for ALSPA C80-35 or Rx3i systems. It supports up to 16 single-ended channels or eight differential channels. Each active channel can be individually configured for a 0 to 10 V unipolar range or a -10 to +10 V bipolar range, with configurable high and low alarm thresholds.
Converted values are transferred to the controller %AI table. The unipolar range is represented from 0 to +32000 with a resolution of 2.5 mV per count, while the bipolar range is represented from -32000 to +32000 with a resolution of 5 mV per count. The complete update time is 6 ms for 16 single-ended channels or 3 ms for eight differential channels. Accuracy is specified at ±0.25% of full scale at 25°C and ±0.5% over the operating temperature range, with linearity better than one LSB.
The field-side circuitry is isolated from the controller logic by 1,500 V. Input impedance exceeds 500 kΩ in single-ended mode and 1 MΩ in differential mode, with cross-channel rejection greater than 80 dB from DC to 1 kHz. Configuration is performed using ALSPA P8 or P80 engineering software, or a hand-held programmer. Field wiring is connected through a removable 20-terminal block, and two front LEDs indicate module and user-supply status.
Please check compatibility with the installed hardware and system configuration before ordering.
