Description
The AS111-2 is an eight-channel analogue current-output module for CE2000 and CE3000 controllers. It generates 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA signals referenced to a common process 0 V and uses a 24 VDC process supply operating from 19.2 to 30 VDC. The output group is galvanically isolated from earth and internal processing and supports loads below 600 Ω at minimum process voltage.
Each channel uses 12-bit conversion with 5.37 µA resolution, ≤0.1% typical full-scale accuracy and a 50 ms refresh period. An independent 10-bit readback chain checks the delivered currents. Diagnostics detect process-supply loss, disconnected loads, hardware faults and communication errors, while PTC devices protect the process supply and individual channels.
