Description
The IC687 Bus Transmitter Module (BTM) is used in a FIP single rack redundancy system. It provides a path for Redundancy communications when connected to the Redundancy Communications Module (RCM) in the other half of the two–section redundancy rack. Each section of this rack requires a Bus Transmitter Module and a Redundancy Communications Module.
It also provides a high performance parallel interface to the programming device.
