Description
The LC106-2 is a logic restitution module which provides 16 nonpolarized normally open contacts (88 to 137.5 VDC).
The module includes 16 logic outputs based on mono-stable relays with normally open contacts. The control of each coil is based on 2 transistors, the first one provides +12 V and the second one provides 0 V. These transistors controls are isolated and complemented, thus, the risk of unwanted outputs is very small. An over-amperage protection is series mounted with each contact. A contact or overvoltage protection is parallel mounted to reduce switching arcs.
LC106-2 module performs the following tests:
– Testing of the 2 control channels of the relay coils.
– General watchdog.
– Individual watchdog.
